On behalf of the Indy Wildfire 12u baseball team, I wish to thank BRAX for an exceptional fundraiser! We sold over 600 sets on our first attempt and, once everyone saw the quality of the product, we were able to sell close to an additional 200 sets. We were so impressed with the product and the ease with which we were able to work with the BRAX representatives that we are considering a major fundraiser every 8-12 months. In fact, this has been so successful, that I have passed the information on to a few more baseball teams and the wrestling program at our local high school. Way to go BRAX! The HLV cheerleaders can’t thank you enough for your easy and profitable fundraiser! We do an annual fundraiser which is a major undertaking, but wanted some extra money to purchase new mats. I had seen the team Spirit Cups at the Iowa Cheer Coaches Conference in the spring and thought they would work well for us. Our very small group of girls raised just short of $1,000 in the two weeks we took orders in our rural community and when we delivered the cups, people wanted more! We had one mix up on our order form and I called and the cups were mailed right out-what great customer service! We will do this again!

Just wanted to update you on our sales of the Spirit Cups. My name is Amy Kirchman and I am the President of the PTA for Lucy Addison Middle School in Roanoke Virginia. Our Motto is "Still a Class Act from the Past into the Future". We started selling the Spirit Cups and once people saw what they looked like the sales starting going thru the roof. I am on my second sheet of sales. I have 75 orders on one sheet and my 2nd sheet is steady filling up. I have had people buying 5 and 6 orders at a time. I have one lady on my order sheet that has order $108.00 worth of cups!! Most of the people have ordered $24.00 or more.
This is one our greatest fundraisers yet!! Once people see what the cups look like they just start buying. Way to go BRAX!!! And the best part is we make a great profit off of selling these cups also.

WOW!!! What a wonderful fundraiser. Our all-star baseball team needed to raise some funds. I had purchased a "pack" of cups from another boy about a year ago and when the cups arrived I thought to myself, "I wish I would have ordered more." So when our team needed a fundraiser, I jumped all over the Spirit Cups. I was a little worried with how successful it would be with only 12 boys selling cups. I just wanted to get back to you on how our fundraiser went for my daughters fourth grade class. In the past they have done fundraisers to raise money for a yearly trip down to Springfield IL to educate the kids on the history of Illinois and our State Government. With the school districts push for healthy eating, they were unable to do the typical ice cream and popcorn sales. With introducing the BRAX Spirit Cups to the school, there was new hope for the kids to raise money to subsidize the cost of the trip for the parents. Everyone is watching what they spend these days. With 90 plus kids involved, we doubled the amount they have typically raised for this trip with about half the effort. BRAX makes this a very easy and enjoyable fundraiser for everybody. I ended up having to get 3 orders because each time I brought the cups into work, I would end up getting more orders. With Christmas coming up, many people reordered more for presents. I ended up raising close to $800 just myself. Granted I had access to alot more people than most, but it was quite easy.

This was our second year selling the cups and WOW we had another great sale. We decided to give a prize to our top seller this year, that had to sell at least 50 sets to qualify to win a Wii and we had 5 people over that amount with the top seller selling 75 sets, the others were 72, 69 and 60. If we could only have total participation one year we could actually probably skip a year of fundraising, but we can not get the parents to understand that.
This is by far the best fundraiser we have ever done and we will continue to do this fundraiser for the next few years.

Living in a very rural area and testing out the BRAX cups for our first fundraiser was just a "hopeful" success for us. Much to our surprise, we more than tripled the profit we anticipated. There was only positive feedback from the players, parents and community. The cups were a great hit, and so was your staff. Our season is short, so the 6 week turn around was a big concern. The BRAX staff did everything possible to contribute to the success of this task expedite distribution before our season came to an end. My name is Steve Eberley and I am the Tri-Valley Representative for Marcy / Deerfield Pop Warner.. In 2008, Marcy / Deerfield has gone through a change of all board members, except 1.. It was a year of “change” and some new ideas.. One of the challenges was “driving more income” into the Association through fundraising.. The Association had a lot of great ideas but, being the first year, the “incoming board” had to choose and pick which programs would be the best and easiest to manage, during all the changes..
I have to tell you, the Spirit Cup fundraiser by BRAX is a great program that all associations to be involved with.. Parents came to me and thanked us for not selling cookies, candy, etc. I want to tell you how very happy I was to have had someone like BRAX SPIRIT CUPS to be as helpful and kind to work with. I would encourage all of The First Tee Chapters to look at this fundraiser. I know we are going to do this fundraiser next year and extend it to 4 weeks. When I approached the parents of our U15 and U9 girls soccer teams, I received the typical response, "Not another fundraiser," That was until they saw the brochure and sample cups. Our Spirit Cups fundraiser was very successful. Our 10 year old travel baseball team used the Spirit Cups to help raise money to buy the boys new bat bags. Our team tries to keep costs of our travel ball reasonable, so we are always looking for fundraising ideas. A few of our parents had purchased Spirit Cups before, and were very pleased with the product. After inquiring about Spirit Cups, and realizing how easy it would be, we started our fundraiser. I justed wanted to let you know how nice it was to have a successful fundraiser. This was our first time organizing a fundraiser. We received a sample cup in the mail and knew right away this is what we were going to do. I contacted your company with all of our questions and what we would make off of each set sold, $4 per set return was the best return I had come across while researching. Within 4 days we had our brochures and were ready to get started. All of our parents and players were excited to sell them. We spent about 3-4 weeks selling and then placed our master order. When the cups arrived they were nicely packaged and came with nice large bags for separating the orders. The order was correct and the cups were great looking. As I was handing out my orders I was still being asked from people if they could order. It made me want to start another fundraiser.

I must admit to being somewhat skeptical about the idea of presenting the Spirit Cup Fundraising project to our Board of Directors in July. However, the Board liked the concept and felt we should give it our best collective effort. So, we got started.
Board members have been equipped with brochures and a couple of their “preferred” college or pro team logo’d cups. Each accepted the challenge of selling 500 cups which will result in 10,500 cups sold (AND $10,500 in operating income) for The First Tee of Albany. Early result feedback indicates that customers love the look and quality of the cups and are enthusiastic about doing something to support The First Tee mission in our community. It’s an easy sell !!!
We look forward to expanding the scope of this project in the future, perhaps involving parents of our participants and most of our volunteers. I would urge other The First Tee chapters to participate in this project.

Our organization conducted a Spirit Cup fundraiser to assist the kids (football players) in paying their fee's and for the Cheerleader's to raise money for their uniform package. Parents who sold cups and already had their fees paid we asked them if their money could go to a kid who's fee was not paid and they were more than happy to do so. Our organization strives to provide a structured activity to keep the kids focused, to teach them the game, how to interact together and what sportsmanship is all about. Although we did not sell an enormous amount of cups what was sold did help a number of kids whose family would not have been able to pay for them to participate.

We did a mini fundraiser prior to running with our league fundraiser to test it with the board of directors and we absolutely love the cups. We have been working really hard this year preparing for the 2008 10-u softball season and our goal was to somehow qualify and attend the 2008 NSA 10-u class B World Series in Peoria, Ill. Our hard work paid off and we qualified in June winning a local qualifier. Our team has done several different fundraisers (concessions, car wash, garage sale, corporate sponsors, BRAX cups) but none of them was as successful as the BRAX cups. Our team of 12 players sold 600 sets in 4 weeks. The orders were placed and we delivered them to all of our friends and family just last weekend. What a great fundraiser for all organizations’ to take advantage of. Thank you for helping our girls raise the funds needed to achieve their goal of representing the town of Osceola, Indiana, our Park OBSA and our state in the World Series 10-u NSA tournament July 20-27 in Peoria, Ill.

Goodyear Little League is only 4 years old and we have never done a “real” fundraiser. This is my first year in this league. I have experience with BRAX from a previous league so I suggested this fundraiser and have been in charge. What a success. Our league made well over $6000 profit…. I cannot say enough good about this company. The quality of the cups is superior; they look like new even after several runs in the dishwasher and daily use (my original set is from 3 years ago). It was easy for me to pitch BRAX Spirit Cups to our board. The sample cups are a big plus in selling to families that don’t know about the company. The cups sell themselves. We even had a contest for the winning team in each division and an overall winner in the league. The outcome was so much more than we expected. We are extremely happy with the fundraiser overall.

Our Little League had not done a mandatory fundraiser in several years, and our board members were at first worried that selling these cups wouldn't be well received because of that. However, because of how nice they were, the board agreed to go ahead with the sale, but set the minimum required sale per family very low. I'm pleased to report that even with the cautious, low minimums we set, our league was able to make over $3000 in profits, which provided a new batting cage and a few other luxuries for us. The highest seller, who won a custom made baseball hoodie, sold 50 sets himself. Best yet, instead of complaints, the overwhelming majority of parents complimented us on the great fundraising idea. The fundraiser last year was originally met with hesitance from out league committee. It was my first time organizing a fundraiser and I was a little hesitant myself on whether I could handle it. There was no money out of pocket and it was extremely easy to run.

We really liked the simplicity of the delivery and distribution of the orders. Unlike food product fundraisers we didn’t have to refrigerate the product or deliver the day we received them. We had a small group and set a goal of 10 sets per participant. We realized about $2000 in profits.

Parents have given us wonderful feedback and they were very excited about the Spirit Cups. One of the things we did to boost our sales was we bought the pre-sale cups for each of our players and I think the hands-on experience of being able to see and feel the cup boosted our sales a lot. The volume that we were able to sell was just tremendous. I would highly recommend the program.

I’ve been around youth football for almost 13 years and they didn’t have fundraising like this back when I started. This year we decided to go with Brax as the only fundraiser we were going to do and raised closed to $6,000 for the organization. Pop Warner endorsed the program and they only have a few endorsements so we trust them. I have two kids and I know how parents feel about this stuff – selling candy and all that. This is far and away the best fundraiser we’ve ever done. The cups are easy to sell and they sell themselves. I’d recommend the Spirit Cups to any youth organization.

Our organization has been around for more than 60 years and Spirit Cups is our number one fundraiser hands down. Our president has been involved with Pop Warner for the last 16 years and he’s said it’s the best fundraiser that he’s ever seen. We’ve been with them for the last three years and we’ll continue to stay with them as long as they keep making cups. We’re an all volunteer force and it is a lot of work (to do a fundraiser right) but the reward is our cheerleaders all got new uniforms and our football players are in new gear and get new jerseys every year – and that’s the reward.

I have used Brax cups for the past two years with my team. We have raised a lot of money with brax and I thank you as you always have something new for us to sell. Everyone always loves the cups. It is the biggest fundraiser we do every year. Each individual girl on our team does this to get money raised for travel expenses. We have girls that sell hundreds of dollars of cups each season. My husband takes the brochure to work with him and drives around on his forklift with the sample cup. He sells a lot and people love the cups. Please continue to change the cups up because people love that. We have repeat customers each season. I now have my own personal collection of brax cups in the NFL & MLB catagories. With only 16 girls on our competitive cheer squad and costs for competition and new uniforms to meet, we were looking for simple, efficient and effective fundraisers. We met all three of those requirements with the Brax Spirit Cup fundraiser. Super product, great price, easy to sell! In about 5 weeks, we completed this fundraiser - from getting the information and taking orders to receiving and distributing the cups. We were able to net over $700 for our group with minimal effort and no cost out-of-pocket. We're ready to do it again!

This is a very easy fundraiser. Last year 4 people did the fundraiser to test it out. We raised $1000 with 4 people. Can you imagine if we get our entire association to do it? This year the Spirit Cups are our only fundraiser instead of candy and 50/50 raffles like we have done in previous years.

I have been part of the Tooele District football program which is a charter of the Ute Conference for over 10 years. I have seen fundraising programs come through in this time from the perspective of a fan, father, coach, and now, president of the Tooele district, and none of them have come close to creating the excitement within the kids and parents and thereby the success in dollars, as this BRAX Ltd. cup fundraiser.
Most importantly for us is the process of ordering, receiving the product, separating the product, and distributing them back out to the kids. I was absolutely amazed at this process. The cups came nearly a month earlier then expected. The cup count versus order count was incredibly accurate and in less then a day we arranged and separated the thousands upon thousands of sleeves to be distributed.
