Spirit Cups Success Stories

The cups pretty much sell themselves depending upon which season you are in. Everyone is a sports fan and we were able to sell the football cups in winter, Baseball cups in spring and the college did fairly well. We never had a problem. Everyone who I speak with at SpiritCups seems to really like working for the company and is genuinely dedicated and concerned with Customer Service.

We really liked the simplicity of the delivery and distribution of the orders. Unlike food product fundraisers we didn’t have to refrigerate the product or deliver the day we received them. We had a small group and set a goal of 10 sets per participant. We realized about $2000 in profits.

I’ve been around youth football for almost 13 years and they didn’t have fundraising like this back when I started. This year we decided to go with Brax as the only fundraiser we were going to do and raised closed to $6,000 for the organization. Pop Warner endorsed the program and they only have a few endorsements so we trust them. I have two kids and I know how parents feel about this stuff – selling candy and all that. This is far and away the best fundraiser we’ve ever done. The cups are easy to sell and they sell themselves. I’d recommend the Spirit Cups to any youth organization.

Our organization has been around for more than 60 years and Spirit Cups is our number one fundraiser hands down. Our president has been involved with Pop Warner for the last 16 years and he’s said it’s the best fundraiser that he’s ever seen. We’re an all volunteer force and it is a lot of work (to do a fundraiser right) but the reward is our cheerleaders all got new uniforms and our football players are in new gear and get new jerseys every year – and that’s the reward.

I have used Brax cups for the past two years with my team. We have raised a lot of money with brax and I thank you as you always have something new for us to sell. Everyone always loves the cups. It is the biggest fundraiser we do every year. Each individual girl on our team does this to get money raised for travel expenses. We have girls that sell hundreds of dollars of cups each season. My husband takes the brochure to work with him and drives around on his forklift with the sample cup. He sells a lot and people love the cups. Please continue to change the cups up because people love that. We have repeat customers each season. I now have my own personal collection of brax cups in the NFL & MLB catagories. With only 16 girls on our competitive cheer squad and costs for competition and new uniforms to meet, we were looking for simple, efficient and effective fundraisers. We met all three of those requirements with the Brax Spirit Cup fundraiser. Super product, great price, easy to sell! In about 5 weeks, we completed this fundraiser - from getting the information and taking orders to receiving and distributing the cups. We were able to net over $700 for our group with minimal effort and no cost out-of-pocket. We're ready to do it again!

This is a very easy fundraiser. Last year 4 people did the fundraiser to test it out. We raised $1000 with 4 people. Can you imagine if we get our entire association to do it? This year the Spirit Cups are our only fundraiser instead of candy and 50/50 raffles like we have done in previous years.

I have been part of the Tooele District football program which is a charter of the Ute Conference for over 10 years. I have seen fundraising programs come through in this time from the perspective of a fan, father, coach, and now, president of the Tooele district, and none of them have come close to creating the excitement within the kids and parents and thereby the success in dollars, as this BRAX Ltd. cup fundraiser.

Most importantly for us is the process of ordering, receiving the product, separating the product, and distributing them back out to the kids. I was absolutely amazed at this process. The cups came nearly a month earlier then expected. The cup count versus order count was incredibly accurate and in less then a day we arranged and separated the thousands upon thousands of sleeves to be distributed. Your process of packaging is obviously designed for your end user "the customer".
